Independent prototype built for a job application. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Streamflow. Contract data is read live from Streamflow's public API (the one its JS SDK uses), Solana mainnet RPC and Jupiter's token list. Read-only: no wallet connection, no signing, nothing stored. This desk never asks for a seed phrase, and neither should anyone else.

Streamflow Support Desk

What a support agent needs open during a shift: paste whatever the user sent and get the facts, a plain-English answer and a short reply; decode an error; triage a chat message; reach for a macro; read the week's numbers; check whether a problem is ours or Solana's.

Paste a wallet, a contract link from app.streamflow.finance, a token mint, a Solscan or Explorer link, or a transaction signature. For a wallet the desk lists its contracts and airdrops and checks its SOL; for a contract it computes what has unlocked and what can be claimed now and drafts the reply; for a token it shows active locks and vesting.

Users paste wallet errors like "custom program error: 0x74", or a failed transaction link. The desk names the error, says what it means for a user, and gives the fix and the reply.

Every Streamflow program error

ErrorCodeWhat it meansFix

Codes from SOLANA_ERROR_MAP in @streamflow/stream 13.4.0. Wallets show them in hex (0x74 = 116).

Paste a message as it arrived on Telegram, Discord or Intercom. The desk tags it, sets priority, flags scams, says what to ask for, and picks the macro.

Two checks before anything reaches a user: is this link really Streamflow's, and is this draft reply (from a teammate or the AI assistant) safe and short enough to send?

Link checker

Official: streamflow.finance and its subdomains, streamflow.foundation, t.me/streamflow_fi, x.com/streamflow_fi, github.com/streamflow-finance. Lookalikes are caught by spelling distance, swapped letters (rn for m, I for l, 0 for o), punycode and drainer wording.

Draft reply check

Every article in the live help centre (docs.streamflow.finance/llms.txt), searchable, with flags on wording that predates the October 2025 Solana-only switch or the STREAM token. Triage links the best match automatically.

Welcome to Streamflow: chains
Says Streamflow "is available across multiple blockchains: Solana, Aptos, Sui". The JS SDK release notes say "The SDK is now Solana-only", matching the October 2025 switch. Article ↗ · Release notes ↗
Token Lock FAQ vs Transfer Contract: lock recipient
The FAQ says a lock's recipient can be changed "only if transferable option is enabled before creating the lock". The transfer guide says "Transfer contract option is not available for Token lock contracts!" Matters for compromised-wallet tickets. FAQ ↗ · Guide ↗

Automatic flags below read only titles and summaries from llms.txt, so they catch less than a full read.

Short replies for the questions that come in every day. Three sentences at most, each with the source it relies on.

The weekly read from a ticket log: reply speed, resolution, where the AI assistant worked and where it handed off, and what users asked about. The sample log is synthetic and labelled as such; load your own export to run the same read.

Columns: created, firstReply, resolved, channel, cluster, ai (resolved, handoff or none), csat (1 to 5). Times in ISO 8601.
